Fellowship Overview
The HCM Fellowship Program is an exciting opportunity for passionate, collaborative, and organized individuals interested in education policy. Our fellows gain invaluable experience in policy and advocacy, supporting leaders across our education team in areas such as postsecondary finance, accountability systems, and workforce development.
Fellowships are remote and fellows are paid a monthly stipend.
About the Communications and Advocacy Fellowship
This is a great opportunity for a recent communications graduate or a graduate-level student looking to gain hands-on experience in the higher education policy space.
Are you a strong writer and editor who enjoys shaping ideas into clear, compelling narratives? In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to craft and develop persuasive content and provide strategic communications support that helps translate complex policy issues into messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
